Would it be ok to start a support group like this?

I'm thinking it would be helpful to me and others to start an "accountability buddies" support group. The idea would be that you post some goal you need help following through on and people who are interested in checking in with you start a correspondence via private message. I wanted to ask to make sure this is OK since I don't think I've seen any other threads where the purpose is to set people up to communicate via PM.
