Maybe it could be something like "I need advice!" which is a bit less urgent sounding and might help make it clearer that it's not a space for immediate crises?
I post super sporadically because of anxiety and other life stuff, so sometimes it takes me ages to follow up on things.

This is totally not a trigger issue but as long as we're here... The subforum title of Leave of Absence Notifications has a typo in "absence."
