Resource forum suggestion
Okay, so as someone from outside the US, I think all resource links should have a location tagged on. That way you know even before you click on it if it's useful to you. I know this would take a lot of man power to enforce, but having mentioned in the posting rules/guidelines or something would be good.
I fuss over details, loath absolute/blanket statements, and probably over think everything I do.

Great idea. I didn't ask for the headers to get tags, because there may be threads collecting information from various places -- I left it more open ended. But I did ask for the information to be added to posts.
